Ingredients:
- 250 grams of sticky rice flour
- 1/2 grated coconut grains
- 100-150 ml of warm coconut milk to taste
- 100 grams of brown sugar
- 100 grams of sugar
- 1 leaf of pandan leaves
- 150 ml of water
How to make:
- Stir the sticky rice flour, coconut, salt, and coconut milk until blended. Print a little oval using a spoon and fry.
- Cook brown sugar, granulated sugar, pandan leaves and water until boiling. Add the fried fry, stir well until the sugar water shrinks. Lift and serve.
