Make Goldfish Pepes

1 goldfish, body streak
1 tablespoon of lime juice mix with 1 teaspoon of salt
3 small green tomatoes, finely sliced
2 stems of leeks, thinly sliced slices
3 green chilies, thinly sliced slices
1 lemongrass stem, finely sliced
1 small bunch of basil leaves
6 bay leaves
3 tablespoons of cooking oil
banana leaves to taste
Ground spices :
7 shallots
3 garlic cloves
1 roasted turmeric finger segment
5 roasted candlenut grains
5 curly chilies, remove seeds
salt to taste
enough sugar
How to Make Soft Duri Carp Pepes:
Smear fish with lime juice and salt, let stand 30 minutes.
Mix the slices, basil leaves, fine spices, and cooking oil, then mix well.
Smear the average goldfish with mixed herbs.
Prepare 2-3 banana leaves, arrange 3 bay leaves, place the fish, arrange the remaining bay leaves on top.
Wrap fish, fold both ends, then tie or wrap using raffia.
Steamed in a cage for 4 hours.
Lift, then bake in the oven for 1 hour.
