MADURA CHICKEN SATE

Materials that need to be prepared


  • Chicken meat as much as ½ kg, take the meat only, sopp skin and bones. Cut this meat with a dice / box pattern.

  • Vegetable oil as much as 3 tbsp (tablespoons)
  • Adequate cooking oil to saute fine spices


SMOOTH PETROLS:


  • Big red chili that has been seeded and boiled just one piece
  • 2 cayenne pepper
  • Red onion, white 4 and 1 clove
  • Kemiri sangria as many as 5 pieces
  • Red sugar at a rate of 2 tsp (teaspoon)
  • Kitchen salt 1 teaspoon (teaspoon) or according to each taste


HOW TO MAKE MADURA CITY SPECIAL CHICKEN SATE:


  1. Put the meat that has been cut into a skewer, set aside the meat first.
  2. Enter the cooking oil and heat it in medium heat, saute the spiced mixture until the flavor is fragrant. Set aside 2 tablespoons (tablespoons) as a spice spread later.
  3. Put the beans that have been mashed on the sauteed seasoning, give water too. Cook until thick seasoning. Add another 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce, stir until smooth and lift.
  4. Mix between the sauteed seasoning we set aside with vegetable oil and soy sauce. Stir until smooth and apply to satay until evenly distributed.
  5. Prepare coals for baking. Burn the satay until cooked, turning back. Lift the satay from the grill.
  6. Serve while satay is still warm, with the spices we made earlier.
