How to make Meatball


Meatballs are the most popular food in Indonesia. even meatballs are very easy to find in various corners of the city in Indonesia. Do you know how to make meatballs? here I will give tips on how to make meatballs.



 

Materials to make special meatballs

  • 1 kg of ground beef
  • 1 ounce of starch
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon of salt (large spoon)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder (small spoon)
  • Flavor taste
  • Blender or collision


 How to make Meatball

  1. Blend the garlic using mash or blender.
  2. Mix the garlic that has been ground or mashed into ground beef mixture, pepper, salt, flavoring, and starch.
  3. Stir the mixture in number (2) until it is evenly distributed for about 10 minutes
  4. After the mixture is mixed and stirred evenly, then form the mixture into dots by hand according to the size you want, and try to make it not too big so that it can be matured more evenly and faster.
  5. Put the meatball spheres that you have made before in hot water, then boil into boiling water until the bakso looks cooked.
  6. Wait for a while until the meatballs are cooked ... The boiling process usually takes 10-15 minutes.
  7. To see the sign of cooked meatballs is the meatball floats on the surface of the boiling water.
  8. Then lift the cooked meatballs and drain them at room temperature.

              • Cow bone
              • Water

              Bumbu kuah bakso

              • Bawang putih 5 siung, goreng dan haluskan
              • Bawang merah 4 siung, goreng dan haluskan
              • Bawang goreng 1/2 sdm, haluskan
              • gula 2 satu sendok makan
              • garam 1 satu sendok makan
              • lada 1/2 satu sendok teh
              • daun bawang 4 batang, ambil bagian putihnya saja, iris halus kecil kecil
              • kaldu sapi instan, 2 sdt


              Meatball sauce seasoning

              1. Boil water with bones and all the marinades until boiling and the bones ripen.
              2. If it's cooked, reduce the flame and then you can serve meatballs with the sauce.


              Now that is the recipe and ingredients for making meatballs that are very delicious and suitable to be served with your family while still warm. And it will be even more enjoyable if you add tofu, celery and whatnot so that the meatballs you make are more interesting to eat.
